This year, we welcomed Tomas Vera as our new Regional Director for Europe and the Americas. With a wealth of experience in the dairy industry and expertise in digital transformation and innovation, Tomas has taken on a pivotal role within our organization. His leadership and vision have added a fresh perspective to our team, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and innovation.
The Evolution of the MADCAP Brand
One of our significant changes in 2023, was the evolution of the MADCAP brand. We undertook a comprehensive brand transformation, allowing us to better align with our core values and mission. This transformation extended to every aspect of our brand, from visual identity to messaging. The result is a more comprehensive, dynamic, and client-centric MADCAP.
A Fresh Online Presence
The ability to swiftly adapt to disruptions indicates an agile supply chain. Like many others, the dairy industry faces unforeseen challenges such as supply chain interruptions, changing regulations, and sudden shifts in consumer preferences. Expanding Horizons in the USA
One of the most exciting highlights of 2023 was our trip to the USA. During this visit, we met with numerous prospective clients and partners. This journey enabled us to continue to share the MADCAP vision and innovation, and the insights and connections gained have laid the foundation for exciting opportunities and growth in the year ahead.
Expanding MADCAP’s Global Reach
In 2023, we achieved a major milestone by successfully implementing MADCAP with Nestlé in India, Brazil, and the United States and collaborating with Ofi New Zealand as we continue to deliver innovative solutions and support to the global dairy industry.
What can we expect from MADCAP in 2024?
Continuous developments are driven by our innovative clients, especially in the areas of data collection and reporting of their activities for their environment, social and governance (ESG) requirements, and corporate compliance.
MADCAP enables more connectivity between the farmers, haulers, processors, and all third parties involved - there are so many players, and they all need to be connected to ensure traceability, transparency, and accuracy.
We also have new clients to implement from a number of countries, so another busy year ahead for our MADCAP team. Providing a solution that continues to help the dairy industry optimize its dairy supply chain and achieve its sustainability goals is our daily mission.
